Don Memo coffee is grown in the mountains of Minas de Oro, Comayagua, right in the heart of Honduras at an altitude of 1,300 meters above sea level. Family-owned and operated, we grow our coffee under the shade of Guama trees using environmentally friendly and sustainable farming practices. Since 2008 we have harvested our beans by hand and carefully select only the finest mature grains for processing. With strict quality controls in our modern roasting house, our beans are finished to the highest standards, resulting in a spectacular coffee with delicious aroma and a remarkably consistent balance of body and acidity.
