First off, no refunds. That's pretty normal for a Magic card transaction. With that said, this card will be mailed in a bubble mailer. I adjusted the costs as lean as possible to provide you a safe and secure shipment of your card. If you'd like a tracking number for this package, I will have to charge an additional $3 for it, $6 total.
