Simple Steps To Install Tie Down Anchors: - 1-Remove the screws
- 2-Lower one side of base into stake pocket
- 3-Center Bull Ring in hole
- 4-Lift by ring and "hook" behind lip of pocket
- 5-Pull up on ring while installing screws
- 6-Tighten by hand with Phillips Driver
- 7-Do Not Over Tighten
Note: - Not for the truck topside bed, only for the truck inside bed
- Do not over tighten while installing
