4 page photo illustrated article from a rare 1898 Victorian periodical The article is entitled "Changing Silver into Gold" by Herbert C Fyfe Article includes lots of information about the scientist who reputedly was able to manufacture gold in his laboratory with tables detailing prices he was able to sell it for / profit etc and several photographic illustrations including Doctor Emmens A piece of Argentaurum gold actual size Doctor Emmens house and laboratory CONDITION Please note these are genuine actual pages extracted from a rare disbound magazine and there are no covers, article may include the ending or beginning of other articles. Whilst the images show the article in its still bound state, the article will be sent as loose pages. Some pages may be showing signs of foxing / browning due to the age of the paper If you are interested in more than one item I will always combine postage where this is possible so long as purchases are in one transaction. If you are forced by ebay to pay multiple postages for your purchases I will refund the overpayment
