DESCRIPTION:
In simply wonderful, pristine, near immaculate condition and nearly as originally constituted. There's no discoloration on its cover boards, spine binding, nor on the wonderful full page illustrated plates found within the volume. There are no corner folds, page tears, creases, cover corner concussion crimping, stains or any other condition issues that usually plague and mar these now 52 year old diminutive coffee table art books by the brilliant psychedelic German-American Pop artist Peter Max. 18 pages in all, including the inset pages, this little gem of an art book may be a diminutive one but it remains in excellent, near museum quality condition. It is Ex Libris and a proprietary paper label's affixed to the inset page of the front cover and claimed by Carol Ornitz. This volume and several other small format coffee table art books were created by artist Peter Max and the Indian mystical spiritual thinkers and Eastern philosophers Swami Sivananda and Swami Satchidananda. Published by William Morrow, New York, NY, Jan 1, 1970. Absolutely wonderful. Very fine.
