Medieval badge Cat and Mouse  
Secular and a Pilgrim Badge for headdress, copy from historical  museum of England.

Latin phrase "VISIS MU" can be translated as "I've caught the mouse"
Which in turn is indicative as a symbol of prosperity or luck.
This type of badge was often worn on bags or hat with money or on hats as an amulet for enrichment.
