Medieval historical Brooch where Penis  suit Vagina 

It is secular popular badge for a headdress. 

This brooch is a symbolic request to Mary - to keep yourself safe from diseases that are transmitted sexually.

The emblem depicts a penis on its feet with a bell that goes to the Vulva, also standing on its feet.

That says that such a badge was worn not only by men but also decent women to emphasize their interests.
