Over the last decades, like other quality Taiwanese brands and OEM manufacturers (like Giant, Merida and many others), as the low-end mass bicycle parts business was moving to mainland China, Bitex moved upscale both in its own products and in the products it manufactures on an OEM basis for many well-known brand names in the bicycle industry that sell for much higher prices. Bitex uses mostly high-quality Taiwanese made TPI bearings which are also used by several well known (and significantly more expensive) hub manufacturers. We are an official Bitex reseller in our region.
