I am pleased to present this outstanding antique English double inkwell.  Upper cabinet opens to reveal letter box and has 4 slots to store stationery. Separate drawer slides out for paper storage.    2 cut glass beveled ink pots open and close easily and securely.  And of course there is the necessary pen tray.

CONDITION:

Stunning lilac moire fabric inside interior letter box is pristine.  Separate storage drawer slides open and closed with ease.

One bone decoration has a vertical crack -  left side at top row of  upper letter holder. There is also a very small bit of bone missing on another section that sits between the 2 inkwells. Very unobtrusive. (please see last 2 pictures)   

Both glass ink pots are in excellent condition - no chips or cracks.
