About Us...

Welcome to the HanMi Cable Enterprise Inc. Broadcasting Equipment eBay store. We have been up and running for over twenty five years operating in Los Angeles, California. We started as a local broadcasting station, serving the Korean-American community in the Los Angeles county area. In the later years of the broadcasting station, our founder, Richard Kim, was introduced to eBay and as ventured into the world of eBay he quickly became and avid eBayer. He was particularly intrigued with the world wide market of buyers and sellers in the field of his passion, that being none other than video equipment. With the amount of equipment that he had accumulated over the years through his broadcasting company and eBay, before he knew it, an eBay empire was born. Slowly, Richard stepped down from his company and focused on selling broadcasting equipment to fit the lifestyle of the later stages of his career. Now, we are still operating out of Los Angeles but with more professional broadcasting equipment than ever!

Throughout the years we have gone through many broadcasting equipment from the oldest to the latest of technology. We carry many used broadcasting equipments that have all been professionally handled. We do believe our prices are reasonable, and we are always open to discounts on multiple item purchases. Shipping...

·         All Shipping Charges will be calculated according to the winner’s address through UPS/USPS, with whichever additional options you would like, after the auction has ended. So $20 is NOT the shipping charge!! It could be more or less depends on location and weight of the package(s).

·         We will ship out the item within 3 business days or less.

·         We can use your UPS account to ship out to you.

·         If you want an overnight shipping option, you MUST contact us first and get an approval with us.

·         We are willing to ship to other countries outside the US, but please contact us first so we can assist you better.

·         All shipments must have insurance and signature requirement.Please Note: We can only ship to the address that you have on file with Payal. We can NOT ship to alternate addresses. This item can not be shipped to PO Boxes so if your Paypal address is a PO Box then we can NOT ship to you. We can only ship to the address that you have on file with Payal which cannot be a PO Box.

Returns...

·         If the condition of the item was sold is “As Is” then you can not exchange the item nor qualify for a refund. We are not responsible for ANY problems with item(s) sold “As Is” unless a wrong shipment was received.

·         We must be notified within 14 days from the date buyer has received item(s) (except “As Is” items) to qualify for any type of exchange/refund.

·         If item(s) is DOA, then we will refund 100% of the money you paid to win the auction, once the item(s) is returned back to us. Item(s) must be in the same condition as we have shipped out.

·         If it is NOT DOA, then we will refund 80% of the money you paid to win the auction, once the item(s) is returned back to us. We do charge a 20% of restocking fee. Item(s) must be in the same condition as we have shipped out.

·         Buyer must pay for all other shipping fees for any type of returns.

We do NOT accept returns for complaints from buyers regarding additional items that were not included in the auction description. For example, we will not accept complaints for not including the original box, manuals, or accessories IF IT IS NOT STATED IN AUCTION.
