Due to its compact design, the Snipe Dome Air takes up very little space – ideal for mounting on the roof of a mobile home. The annoying alignment at a new location is also no longer necessary. Thanks to the integrated GPS module and electronically controlled drive, the antenna is automatically aligned at the push of a button. You can receive your usual desired program even when traveling, as long as the respective satellite can be reached.

At the push of a button, the antenna automatically finds the selected satellite within 1-2 minutes, enabling reception from parked caravan trailers or mobile homes. In contrast to the standard systems, the Selfsat Dome offers a flat antenna as a receiving unit. This new technology enables a compact antenna design, while the reception properties remain the same. The antenna is protected as best as possible against external damage by an elegant plastic hood. There is no tiresome assembly and disassembly on site. The included positioner works independently and can be operated with any satellite receiver.

Integrated GPS receiver:
The Selfsat Snipe Dome has an integrated GPS receiver to determine the location faster when searching for satellites.

Just press a button and watch TV:
The control unit is pre-programmed for a total of 8 satellites. After switching on, you only have to press a button to receive satellite television fully automatically.

Live TV on Smartphones, Tablets & More:
In addition to normal satellite reception, the Dome Air “TV on Air” version offers a streaming function. This means that the antenna can transmit the TV signal to the TV set and up to eight portable devices independently of each other. One can play football on the TV, another watch a series on the tablet and others on the smartphone.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order with us at any time within 14 days from the day of delivery PROVIDING goods are returned in the same brand new conditions as they were supplied: unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Once your goods have been dispatched, you are still able to cancel your order within 14 days under the Distance Selling Regulations. A full refund will be issued not including postage and packing fee. If the product was purchased with a "Free shipping" offer then we reserve the right to deduct any postage & packaging costs incurred by us.

Goods must be returned in an unused and unopened condition within 14 days, Return postage and any additional postage and packing charges will be within the buyer’s responsibility. Original postage and packing fees are NOT refundable.

We would advise that you enclose a cover note on the outside of the package including your order details and reason for return to ensure there are no delays with refunding your payment. When returning goods we would always recommend using a ‘signed for’ delivery service to ensure the goods arrive back safely. When the goods are received by us, we shall process the agreed refund amount within 5 days.

All products returned will be inspected to ensure they are returned in brand new condition and re-saleable condition. Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced if returned to us within 14 working days, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item (Please note that the above terms does not apply to products sold as seen or without any warranty) It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us.

Faulty or damaged goods: In the unusual event that you should receive goods from us that are damaged or defective, you must notify us within 24-48 hours maximum. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, Creative Satellite Ltd reserves the right to acquire photographic evidence before progressing to resolve the problem.

Where deemed possible we will replace any faulty/damaged components rather than replacing the whole item. We will always ensure that the product received is suitable for use and of satisfactory condition, and will endeavor to solve any problem as efficiently as possible.

Satellite viewing cards are exempt from our Return Policy , at our discretion we might be able to compromise therefore please contact us first. Viewing cards must be unused and Not activated.

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to guarantee subscription viewing cards, should the broadcaster decide to cease broadcasting or alter its programming content from those currently advertised, change schedules, satellite position, or card is misused and / or cancelled by the Broadcaster.

Viewing cards are provided strictly for domestic use only, no advice or warranty will be given for use in public houses, bars and any other commercial premises.
