Hi Tech Diesel Injection was established in 1998 and employs 16 staff. Hi Tech Diesel Injection are specialists in offering repair, service and parts for diesel fuel injection and turbochargers. We are RAA approved and are warranty authorised dealers for Bosch, Zexel, Denso, Delphi and Stanadyne. We are also a Garrett authorised centre and achieved the Capricorn Million Dollar Supplier Award in 2012.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Fuel Injection Pumps - Hi Tech Diesel Injection satisfy the rigorous standards of diesel fuel injection manufacturers such as Bosch, Denso and Delphi. Pressurised rooms are used to repair most common fuel injection products and a clean room has been installed for specialised repairs.
Injectors - servicing of injectors is our specialty, whether it is a single or dual spring application. All injectors are repaired using genuine parts set to manufacturers specifications.
Qualified Technicians - are factory trained by fuel injection manufacturers in the latest techniques to ensure that quality standards are achieved. This offers peace of mind knowing that experienced technicians are repairing your product.
Testing Facilities - utilise the latest computerised test benches to increase speed and accuracy to reduce down time and save you money
Exchange Products - Our exchange products are repaired to quality standards and are available for a large range and variety of vehicles both mechanical and common rail. All exchange products are covered by an impressive 12-month guarantee.
Diagnostic and Troubleshooting - including dyno and scan tools.

Unless
otherwise stated in our Quotation or agreed in writing, it must be clearly understood
that acceptance of your Order is subject to acceptance of our standard
conditions printed below.
1. Delivery
Any items or dates quoted
for despatch or delivery, following our acceptance of your order are based on
receipt by us of full and final instructions enabling us to proceed
uninterruptedly with the work. We cannot accept responsibility for any delays
due to causes outside our control. Extra charges will apply to specially
procured items.
2. Claims
All claims for missing
items must be made to our Company within 24 hours of receiving goods. Visible
damage must be reported to and claimed upon your Transport Company of your
Insurance Company. We do not accept any responsibility for loss or breakage of
goods in transit.
3. Return of Goods
Credit will not be considered
unless goods are returned freight prepaid. Original invoice number and date
must be quoted. Credits may be allowed at our discretion only upon the
following conditions.
(a) Items with a value
exceeding $500 are not refundable for credit.
(b) If goods are returned
to our store within 14 days of date of supply - Invoice value less 2½%.
(c) If goods are returned
within 15 to 21 days from date of supply - Invoice value less 10%.
(d) Goods
"especially procured" to customer order must be confirmed by an Order
in writing and are not eligible for return or credit.
NO RETURNS accepted after
a period of 21 days from date of supply.
4. Customer's Property
Customer's property
supplied to us will be held entirely at the customer's risk as regards to fire
or other unforeseen damage, unless otherwise arranged. Every care will be taken
to get the best results where materials are supplied by the customer, but we do
not accept responsibility for imperfect work caused by defective or unsuitable
materials so supplied.
5. Limits of Offer
Our quotation covers only
the equipment listed in the Basic Specification of Equipment offered.
All descriptive material,
drawings, particulars of weights and dimensions submitted with our quotation
are approximate. Certified information for installation purposes will be
supplied on request.
6. Performance
Any performance figures
given by us in our quotation are based upon normal design experience and are
such as we expect to obtain on test. We will, however, accept no liability if
these figures are not obtained, unless they are specifically guaranteed in
writing in which case they would be subject to the recognised tolerance and
rejection limits applicable to such figures.
7. Storage and Insurance
If by reason of your
instructions or lack of instructions we are unable to ship the goods within
fourteen (14) days after notification of readiness for despatch, we may arrange
for suitable storage and insurance until the goods are despatched, and charges
for storage, insurance, transport and other costs incidental thereto may be
charged to your account.
8. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be subject
to nor incur any claim, action or liability for consequential damage, loss of
use or of profits. Our liability ceases on delivery to authorised third party
carriers.
9. Acceptance
Accepting delivery of
goods detailed in this invoice is acceptance by the customer of the above
Conditions of Sale.
Please ensure you are ordering correctly. If in doubt, supply a VIN to ensure the correct part is being supplied as goods will not be credited for incorrectly ordered parts or you changed your mind.
We do not send parts which are broken; please check goods for damage before signing delivery note. All our parts are id stamped before we send them. If a part is found to be not working correctly within 7 days of receipt* by the purchaser, the purchaser must return the part at the receivers expense to us for validation.
Postage - Postal charges including packaging and handling are clearly shown within the auction listing. If you bid, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted.
International shipping may be subject to import duties or other taxes.
Dispatch Times - We normally dispatch your order within 48 hours daily expect Sunday and Public Holidays. Once your order has been sent you will receive notification by email. Your goods will be shipped from South Australia. Goods are normally sent by Post or Toll Priority.
Terms & Conditions
Payment - All payments must be received within 3 days of auction end by Pay Pal
Postage - Postal charges including packaging and handling are clearly shown within the auction listing. If you bid, you are deemed to have accepted the shipping charges quoted.

You are responsible for postage payment back to ourselves.
If you cannot return your old unit within this period it may result in the unit being rejected or only part of the surcharge being refunded
All surcharge refunds will be put into the account they were purchased from.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
