Aerial image of Disneyland as it appeared in 1954 or 1955 during construction. Image features Sleeping Beauty's Castle as it looked during the late stages of construction. The Image was taken from the aerial tower setup on the hub. You can see the last of the roof turrets still on the moat bridge. Notice all of the unfinished pathways, bridges, streets and planters. You can make out one of the bridges in Storybookland before Monstro was bulit. One can see a little bit of the Holiday Hill area, 4 years before Walt would build the Matterhorn. Check out vegetation where Small World and Mickey's Toontown would later be built. Really an amazing photo. Aerial.
