Please be NOTED that this mold is cast from the bottom opening.
Buckle Fastening
Just a rotation of the buckles, you can assemble or separate the mold, easy to catch up and efficient on construction.
Notes:
1. Please fasten the buckles in the SMALLER end.
2. Plastics may worn out as days go by, if you find that the buckles are broken, please use a steel wire or M8 screws in fastening.
Construction Guidance
1. We would offer free training by sending you the PPT guidance.
2. All pot mold constructions should attach steel (#6) as support, we don't suggest using concrete only.
3. Please brush the mold release in the interiors of the mold, it would give a smooth demolding and protect the mold wall.
4 Please hit the mold gently with plastic hammer after you pour the concrete /cements.
5. Please water the mold before taking off the molds.
6. The ABOVE PROCESSES are very critical for a longer mold service life.
