1927 Majestic Lamp Works 5 Piece Decanter Set Pewter Boat/Gondola

This pewter gondola houses a 6 piece shot glass and decanter set. Under the lid the identifying markings of Copyright 1927 Majestic Lamp Wks NY are found. A tag that says it originated from the Biltmore Estate in Winston-Salem North Carolina is still tied to the boat. Unfortunately the lid which covers the glasses and decanter is broken due to the heavy weight of the pewter coupled with the awkward shape. If you know how to mend this type of thing, it could be fixed. Aside from this, it is in excellent condition. The boat itself stands 8" tall at highest point. It's 16" long and approximately 5.3" at the widest point. The decanter is 5.5" tall and has an 8.5" diameter. Each glass is 2.5" tall and have 4.25" diameter.

I inherited an extensive collection of pewter collectibles ranging from ice cream molds to figurines to antique, collectible beverageware including cups, steins, pitchers, decanters, bottles, plates, as well as cast iron baking molds, die-cast models and various other collectible items from my uncle. I am selling them to pay for his funeral as well as donating to The Shepherd's Disciples Inc, a non-profit Christian substance abuse recovery program that is dear to me.

Historical information about items is subject to error as I work a full time job and share a full time ministry but I have researched these pieces to the best of my ability. Photos are ALWAYS originals of said items in my possession and represent the item exactly as is.

Items are listed as used previously because they aren't in any original packaging unless otherwise stated and pictured, however items have NOT been used for their intended purpose.
