1846 Great Britain six pence, with young head of Queen Victoria, facing left, sterling silver. The obverse legend is the standard regnal legend for Victoria at this time. The reverse shows a an open wreath, with a large crown in the space of the opening. Inside the wreath is "SIX PENCE". Below the wreath, at the bottom center is date, 1846. The piece shows a nice silver-gray color on both sides with a little darker tone around the edges. Strong detail is still retained in the hair, and facial features of Victoria, and in the leaves of the wreath, and crown.
