Shipping Info:

All items are shipped via Canada Post and are Tracked and Insured unless noted. We only ship to the confirmed address given during the payment process. Items are shipped twice a week on Tuesday and Friday. Combined payments and shipping are available on all items excluding items sent via Canada Post Lettermail. If you have any questions about this item or your order please don't hesitate to contact us. We respond to messages from 9 am to 4 pm PST (12 pm to 7 pm EST) Monday to Saturday

For US Customers Items will be Sent via USPS Flat Rate or Priority Mail via Chit Chat Express in Canada. We Only Ship to the US on Tuesdays. Any Paid Order before 12 am PST Tuesday will be Shipped out Tuesday Morning. Please Give an Extra Day for the Item to be passed along to USPS. Orders placed with Canada Post US Expedited will be shipped out on Tuesday or Friday, whichever comes first.

For anyone wanting Local Pickup, Please contact us regarding your intent to purchase and we will update the listing for Local Pickup Only. Please note we can only disclose the pickup address after the PayPal payment for the item has been received. The Pickup address we use is non negotiable. All Items are shipped via Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS and include Tracking unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change the selected Shipping Service to another Carrier as long as the Estimated Arrival is Equal to or Faster than the Initial Selected Service. Buy It Now Listings Require Immediate Payment. We will only ship to the provided address during checkout.

Items are shipped Within 2 Business Days. We ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The Cutoff Time for Orders to Ship on our next Shipping Day is 12 am PST.

If there is a Post Office Holiday on a Friday, any orders will be shipped on Monday, and for a Monday Post Office Holiday, orders will be shipped on Wednesday.

Combined Payments and Shipping are available. Please add all items to your Cart before Purchasing.

US Customers, Items are dropped off at the Post Office and need to clear customs before being handed over to USPS to complete delivery. This process can take a few days.

Local Pickup Info:

Local Pickup is available for all orders totaling $25 CAD or more. Please contact us with your intent to use Local Pickup as we will need to change the Shipping on the Listing to Local Pick Up Only before having you Purchase.
