Vintage Banker's Desk Piano Lamp Green Glass Shade with Pull Chain and Brass Base.  Brass base is round and the power cord is gold with a polarized plug.  

Stands 14" high x 10" long x 7-1/2" diameter base.  Weighs 4 pounds 5 ounces unpackaged.

The light works!  There are a few minor dings and finish loss on the brass base.  The glass shade has no cracks or breaks.  Being sold "AS IS."
