In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, Fastlight Direct will provide you with a full refund for any ‘unused’, ‘unopened’ and ‘re-sellable’ items returned to us within 30 days of purchase

You must contact us by sending a message through eBay quoting your order details and the item that you wish to be returned prior to returning the product and we will provide a full refund for these items once received in original condition

Should an item become faulty during the 12 month warranty period (glass lamps and tubes have a 30 day warranty) please contact us prior to returning the goods, if the goods returned to us are faulty, we will pay the return postage
