these numbers are on UK network pay as you go.

sim card has being activated/registered and topped up with credit to avoid being stolen.

buyer advised to top up the number as soon as they received the sim card. make an chargeable call/text at least once every 2~3 months to keep it connected 

we recommend that to use the number on its original network. however if you decide to switch network. we can provide PAC code on request

no returns as the number is already activated and working on it's original network.
