This license plate bracket is fabricated in the USA out of steel and then powder coated flat black. The license plate bracket mounts between the rear sub frame and exhaust/passenger peg mounting holes. Does NOT include a rear fender cover for once you remove the OEM license plate bracket. In order to make your Panigale look like the ones in the photos the customers have purchased separately a third-party "carbon fiber rear undertray without holes" for their respective Panigale models. 

This license plate bracket also does NOT include turn signals, license plate light or a place to mount them (alternative is to install a integrated taillight/turn signal and LED license plate bolts). Warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for 3 years.
