Delivery Service
All items are given an average 3-5 working day delivery unless stated 2-3 working days and also included a 2 day dispatch for us to remove item and get sent out to courier or collected. Some items might be delivered sooner and some might take longer due to the size of the item. We strongly recommend you to message or contact us with your delivery postcode before purchasing so we can get a rough estimated delivery time for you. All 3-5 working day deliveries are send by private courier so no tracking available but can update will estimated delivery when needed or supply courier name and contact number when requested. All 2-3 working day Deliveries will be tracked. All deliveries must be signed with signature by customer or will not be left. If customer requested items to be left in safe place with the courier can be done but we will not be held responsible if go missing.

Body panels & glass items
All body panels are sent via a private courier & could take longer than the estimated delivery date given on eBay , we appreciate this can be frustrating, however I think we would all agree we would rather the panels to arrive in the condition they were when paid for rather than damaged, hence why they are sent via PRIVATE COURIER, Body panels are sent at buyers risk as we are unable to insure them in transit on rare occasions body panels get damaged in transit. Side windows are sent at buyers risk as we are unable to insure during transit. no refunds or returns as on rare occasions side windows get damaged during transit.
Returns policy
Any parts returned under warranty will not be exchanged or refunded if found to be tampered with or stripped in any way. Customer is to pay postage on any parts returned unless an agreement has been made prior to the original delivery, Once the items are shipped out, the shipping & handling fee is not refundable. all items are checked prior to packaging, customers are responsible for checking the condition and checking that the goods are correct before accepting the delivery.
Terms & conditions of Guarantee
A period of 28 days from the date of purchase in which the part must be fitted and tested if faulty, returned for exchange. If no exchange is available, a refund will be issued on the original purchase price less postage Cost.
No allowance will be made for any labour or delivery costs incurred.
No refunds will be given on parts in good condition supplied by us.
E.C.U.’s & DISTRIBUTORS – all E.C.U.’s and Distributors are tested before removal from vehicle, therefore no exchange or refund can be given.
No Exchange or refund will be given if:
1: Proof of purchase not surrendered i.e. invoice. 2: Out of 28 days warranty. 3: Security marks are not visible/Removed. 4: Part has been tampered with. 5: Fitted incorrectly.
