Based on my collection experience, this clock was made in the era of 1900 from Germany
This is a mechanical clock with key nicely intact at the back ready to be wounded.up to run the time.
The clock is still in fine working condition but will not keep to correct time due to its old age.
Expected some chips at the wooden case and wear/tear on the dial (clock face/back).
Nice to display in your living room with down lighting.
Clock displays beautifully, as is. One of the nicest examples of this rare, fine wooden Art Deco design you will likely find. TIMELESS STYLE! This notable clock would be perfect addition to any important art deco or mid-century modern collection or home.
FEATURES:
8 day clock (meaning the cock need to rewind after 8 day)
Measuring about 23 cm in diameter and 25 cm in height.
The thickness of the clock is about 1.80 cm.
Outer wooden ring with Transparent Glass surface (16.50 cm in diameter) dial.
The face has fine brass minutes and hours hand with roman numerals time.
It comes with time and and fast/slow window.
COSMETIC ISSUES:
There are few wear and dirt/ discoloration on the clock face as expected for the age of this clock. No major cracks. Retains nearly all of the original wooden brown case of the clock.
