Semi-fitted shirt A has collar, three-quarter length sleeves with sleeve band and mock front band with buttons.  B, C: loose-fitting pullover knit top has narrow hem.  B: above elbow sleeves.  C: sleeveless.  D, E: straight-legged shorts or pants have back zipper closure and waistline facing.  D: 1" below mid-knee.  D, E: stitched hems.
