• Shipping is always free within the continental United States.  Please inquire regarding cost to ship outside the USA or internationally.
• Items are generally prepared and shipped within 1 business day after your payment has been verified. (Sundays excluded)  Orders placed before 10 a.m. Pacific should be shipped same day.
• Orders within the United States will all be shipped via USPS, unless other arrangements are made.
• We only ship to provided addresses unless you send us an email or add a note when you make the payment.  Shipping to alternate address is not guaranteed.
   

• We fully guarantee our items. All items are in brand new condition, unless specified otherwise in the description.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days after you receive the item.
• All returns, defective or otherwise, must be pre-authorized.
• We will only accept unworn, new items (tried on only indoors for fit and sizing is okay).  Items must be in perfect unused condition with tags.
• Item returned in other than their original condition are subject to rejection or restocking fee.
