WARRANTY

We believe in the quality of our products, if a fault occurs within the first 14 days we can offer a full refund, once the faulty goods have been returned and a fault is found.

We define the item as defective only if it doesn't function as described.

It is the buyer's responsibility to understand the item description before bidding.

We will replace the defective items, provided that they are in stock within the warranty period posted with the listing and the buyer returns the original item at his/her own shipping cost.

We will refund the purchase price if the replacement is not available or buyer prefers a refund and send the original item back at his/her own cost.

Shipping & handling costs are not refundable. .

Man-made damage by abuse or wrong operation is not covered by this warranty.

No product liability insurance is assumed.

PAYMENT

We will only accept PayPal Payments.

Payments are expected within 7 days after the last winning auction is closed; Otherwise Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with eBay.

We will send the goods to the address provided to us by PayPal. Please make sure you provide us with the correct address, as we can not take responsibility for incorrect addresses. If the address given to us is incorrect and we have sent the item already, there will be additional delivery charges.

SHIPPING

We will try to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving verified payment. Majority of UK orders are delivered within 1-3 working days, however this will depend on royail mail and DPD, We can not be responsible for any delays in DPD and Royal Mail Services.

We will only ship to a UK Address

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Returns will be voided if the product is mishandled or physically damaged by the customer.

All NON-Seller Mistake returns for refund are subject to 25% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the return shipping fee.

Shipping and handling fees are absolutely non-refundable.

A Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA#) is required for all return packages. Packages without RMA # will not be handled.

We are a genuine UK seller and we send and handle all orders from the UK.

Our customer service is in the UK. We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours Monday to Friday and can call customers to resolve any urgent issues.
