Our goal is always to be the low price leader in every item we sell. If you find a lower online price including handling and shipping on an identical item with the same features and material compositions, we will be glad to match that price plus, honor you 25% of the difference.

If you find it before your purchase with us, simply email us with the information including the competitor’s URL for the item. Your purchase is eligible for price matching policy (PMP) within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping Information

We usually ship within 24 hours of full payment received using Registered Airmail Post for Standard Shipping and EMS/Fedex/GLS etc for Expedited Shipping from Kathmandu, Nepal. We ship Sunday through Friday. Generally, package gets delivered in 2 weeks of time for Standard Shipping and 7-10days for Expedited Shipping.

Tracking number available for both Standard and Expedited Shipping and Insured against loss.

We do allow buyers to combine shipping for multiple purchases. If you want to combine items in one shipment for a discount, please do not pay for items. Contact us when you have chosen your items so that we can send you a final invoice. The rule for combining packages is the full shipping price of the highest rate and then 1/2 of each additional item.

Buyer is responsible for any duty or tax that their home country charges.

Return Policy

·        Please notify us before returning any items.

·        Return accepted within 14 days of receipt of the item without any questions, you may choose a refund or exchange.

·        Return shipping is buyer responsibility and should provide tracking number. In some case buyer needs to buy insurance as well.

·        Item must be in original condition and in the original packaging.

·        There will be no restocking fee for all returned items.

·        Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs for exchange items.
