Item was obtained from a casino surplus auction. It was removed from a working environment to be upgraded. May have scuffs/scratches etc associated with use. I have plugged this in and tested to verify lights come on appropriately. No further testing has been completed. 

There is some damage to the exterior of some ports, I do not know if it affects their functionality.
