This is a gorgeous tunic from Mais il est ou le Soleil?! This has a skirted bottom trimmed with lace. There is a mesh overlay over the tunic, giving it a layered look! This is brand new with tags, and is a rare find! Ilove to bring you European fashion whenever possible! Lots of stretch here. 

The condition is brand new, no visible flaws. Measurements are taken flat, then doubled, and are as follows:
