This is an antique pair of fine porcelain demitasse / espresso cups and saucers made by Haviland in Limoges, France for Jones, McDuffee & Stratton of Boston.

They're decorated in the lovely "The Amstel" pattern, Schleiger no. 497a, with pink roses and gold trim on edges, handles and cup feet.

The undersides are marked as shown.

All four pieces are in good condition without any chips, cracks, crazing or staining with almost no wear to the gold trim - they look virtually new.

The cups measure about 2-1/4" tall and 2-1/4" in diameter, the saucers are 4-1/2" in diameter.
