Payment:

Payment is due within 3 business days of "Won" status confirmation. If your item has not been paid (even if you e-mailed saying you plan to pay) an unpaid dispute will be automatically filed. If you purchased your item in error and need to cancel, an e-mail notification must be sent within 24 Hours.

Shipping:

Items regularly ship within 48 hours of cleared payment on any given business day; Weekends and holidays are not included. Purchases made on those days may take a bit longer to process, but be assured that your item will never take more than 3 business days to ship.

Tracking is not available for all shipments. If a tracking number is available for your item, it will be added to eBay within 24 hours of "Item Shipped" confirmation.

Returns:

Most items are Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable, unless specified otherwise on individual item. CD, DVD, BLU-RAY items are never the exception! Photo documentation, and/or detailed and accurate item descriptions are always included.
