- Our Laser Standoff Jig is perfect for removing flash burn on the underside of your cutting associated with using a honeycomb bed.
- You can flatten warped materials that are otherwise hard to use.
- The aluminium is easy to clean, which is much safer than the fire risk you get with the build-up of resin on the honeycomb when cutting certain materials.
- Reduce wastage (highly important with increasing material costs)
- Can clamp flat materials up to 4mm, Larger materials can be placed on the jig but not clamped
- Keep your material perfectly flat for engraving, or use it for quick alignment on repeat projects
- Material - Aluminium/Acrylic
- Your Kit will contain your chosen size with instructions for assembly and use.
- Setting your jig in place can make materials changes seamless when repeating cutting for larger projects
