Personalisation Instructions

Use the drop down menu to select your colour, then simply leave the name you would like on the bag in the personalisation box before purchasing and we will do the rest! Please leave the name when purchasing as failure to do so will inevitably lead to a delay in dispatch. If we need to clarify anything we will get back to you using eBay messages. Please be careful with spellings as we will use the information as provided to personalise the bag, this includes capital and lower case letters (when the font allows), spacing etc. 

Please note that we do not accept returns on personalised items unless we have made an error.

Most items are delivered free of charge in the UK. Free delivery is standard 2-3 days. Upgrades are available, see individual items for more detail.  We post to selected locations worldwide. International delivery is standard Royal Mail untracked. If you require tracked services please contact us for a quote prior to purchase. Typical delivery times vary by location, 3 -10 days Europe - 5- 21 days Worldwide.

 Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt (apart from personalised items) - if you need to return an item please get in touch and we will advise you of what to do. Please note that we do not accept returns on personalised items unless they are defective or we have made an error (this is in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations).
