We can make it in any size and colour provided that your chosen colour can be sourced from our large network of suppliers.

As with all of our star wars costume items our Flak Vests are custom made to order and tailored to fit you. Our items are handmade here in the UK and the stitching and finishing is to a superior quality. We offer free consultation, advice and even fitting if you are local and this extends to after sales support.

Made from high quality material

Ribbed and padded sleeves

Fastened with Heavy duty Velcro at the Back or Side

We need some measurements from you to enable us to complete your order so please send us a message with the following sizes

Your Height

Your Chest size (add on 2 inches for your flight suit)

Your Waist size (add on 2 inches for your flight suit)

Your normal T-shirt size ( s/m/l/xl/xxl etc)

Your bicep measurements flexed and relaxed

Your measurements right around your body and shoulders (add on 2 inches for your flight suit)

Underarm to where you want the bottom of the vest to be (length)

Preferred opening, side or back

Preferred Colour

Matching Neck seals also available!

It’s important that you measure honestly and accurately to ensure the best fit.

Delivery Times

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery and slightly longer if overseas. Items are made to order and so we do not hold stock. This ensures that each item is made to the latest spec and made to the individual’s specifications. If you need an item in a hurry just contact us and tell us your deadline. If we can prioritise your order then we will.

International Shipping is via a tracked and / or signed service depening on your own country's postal services .

UK Shipping is via registered / signed for delivery
