This is a Small Turbo Wheels Pavement Roller in Yellow and Black. Turbo Wheel vehicles are close to 1:160 Scale as used in N gauge Model Railroads.  It is made of plastic and are highly detailed, Note the tires are rubber.  It is about 1 1/2 inches long.  I bought this as part of a job lot and it is in very good condition.  The coin in the picture is a Dime to show just how small this item is.
