• Any type of computer accessories does not come with any warranty.
• This does not cover the product where the fault is due to misuse, abuse, use in contravention of the instructions, or where the product has been subjecting to unauthorized modifications or alterations or has been the subject of commercial use.
• In the event of a problem with the product within the guarantee period please contact us.
• Warranty for PC is only for Hardware, software installed by a buyer is not covered.
• Warranty for TFT is only for the loss of power where TFT is not turning on, dead pixels, pressure marks, or broken pixels are not covered in the warranty.
• Power Supplies of PC or Laptops are not covered in the warranty.
• Keyboard Mouse and all cables are not covered in the warranty.
• Our covers repair of the product or, if that is not possible, give you a replacement.
• Any items with an operating system may have not had all the drivers installed, buyer may need to install few drivers via the internet if any missing.
• All our machines with an operating system are ready to plug n play to use the internet.
• All our items are security marked; the warranty will be VOID in the event of security marks removed.
• All warranties are subject to Return to base Warranty, postage to be paid by the buyer.
• Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Should you have any problem, please contact us directly through eBay within 30 days once you have received the item. This item carries Return to Base Warranty. This means "You the Customer" are responsible for sending the item back to us where a product should be insured and should have a courier tracking number. Items received damaged or with missing part "Buyer is Responsible" for all the damage cost. If we take an item based on (un-wanted or Incompatible or not useful for the intended purpose or to slow etc, ordered my mistake) the customer will pay all postage costs.

• Grade A - Used Tested, in working order with good condition & minor cosmetic wear & tear. TFT may have a dead pixel, up to 5 dead pixels are classed as Grade A as standard in Refurbished product.
• Grade B - Used Tested, in working order, may have cosmetic scratches & wear tear.
• Grade C - Used tested to bios, for spares and repairs.
• Grade D - Untested, for spares and repairs.

• All our items get dispatched within 24 hrs once the order has been placed on Free Standard Delivery.
• All our standard postage will arrive with 2 to 3 days via DHL.
• Express NextDay Delivery option is available at the checkout order cut-off time is 1 pm.
• Small items get dispatched by Royal Mail.
• Logistics issues or delays by couriers are out of our control.
• Our courier DHL does not offer special requests made at the checkout i.e. “call me when 20 mins or 2 miles away etc”
• All special requests need to be done to the courier system by DHL Demand On the Delivery system by the buyer using your tracking number.

• All our tested spares and repair machines may have the following cosmetics wear and tear listed below and tested to BIOS only, no further test gets done.
