NGC authenticated and graded MS 66 BN. Lustrous deep medium brown with steel overtones and underlying mint red in the protected areas, particularly around the peripheries. There are a couple old, inert specks of verdigris inside the R in ARMY and between the wreath and dentils right of Y. Satiny, lustrous surfaces.
