All my glasses are handcrafted individually to your specification, please allow time for the glass being etched and for postage when purchasing.
Most of my listings have a choice of glass type and size, please ensure you have selected the right type of glass you require, again I can only go with your choice.
All my glasses are etched so even if your favourite glass ends up in the dishwasher or left in the sink the picture and personalisation will always remain on the glass.
If requesting personalisation, you can send a message in the "Message to Seller part" , or just send a message directly to me, If I have NOT RECIEVED a message I will assume no personalisation is required, I can only work with what you have sent me.
PERSONALISATION ...... please keep personalisation to MAX 7 WORDS, personalisation example would be....
"Happy Birthday John"
Just so I've got it straight what you would like personalised, please, please double check wording and spelling, I can only take your word that the spelling is correct.
If you require personalisation can you send it at the same time of the glass order, occasionally I have popular glasses already etched and will send out in the next post.
GLASSES...... all the glasses listed are for sale, however if there is something different you would like I will try and accommodate, not everything can be hand etched so it's probably better if you send me an idea of what you're looking for and I can let you know.
Please Note, glasses DO NOT come with a gift box, however glasses are shipped in a plain brown packing box which can be used to wrap up if the glass is a gift.
Covid Information..... some styles of glasses will change slightly due to availability, sizes remain similar though, all glasses are cleaned with antibacterial wash before packing.
