This one page is part of a collection owned by a Vogue fashion editor in the 1930s and 1940s. She had selected, detached and saved many pages which she considered noteworthy. They are photographs and illustrations and advertising from Vogue magazines.
This page does not have a date on it. I can only speculate that given the fullness of the skirt that this was a new look dress that was post war - but this is not confirmed.
