Shipping Policy
We will ship your item on the same day if you order before 12pm and most of our packages are delivered within 2-3 working days depending on the Delivery Method chosen. Delays in delivery could be caused by Royal Mail courier company and we always ship on the agreed date, please understand that if your item has missed it's delivery due date, please contact us before before opening a case.
Returns Policy
We take Customer Satisfaction seriously and returns are accepted within the first 14 days if the item is unopened/unused.
The item must be in new condition and unmarked. If you have received the item in damaged or defected condition, the item can be returned and it will be replaced. If you are not happy with the item, and you would like return the item, the postage fee's will be paid back to us by the buyer.
