If there are part numbers in the advert, they're there for a reason. They must be checked against the part you are replacing. If it doesn't match then it may not work on your car. Please note: The parts we sell are from auto-salvage and second hand cars and, as such, these parts will sometimes have small marks on them from everyday use, i.e. stone chips. these minor blemishes will not be pointed out but any marks we consider significant will always be listed in the description. Some parts will require cleaning/washing before use and soft trim may require valeting. All parts are fully checked upon removal, compatibility is only guide

Items incorrectly ordered can only be replaced for correct item if buyer agrees to pay all postage costs for returning and resending the correct item.

ECU'S Are removed from vehicles and may need re-programming.

SPEEDOMETERS Mileage is unknown unless marked otherwise in listing

ENGINES Engines are sold with warranty unless sold as spares and repairs. Only the engine block itself is covered by the warranty, ancillaries are not tested however the engines are only removed from running cars. All gaskets and belts should be replaced before fitting as we can not guarantee condition, failing to do so will void your warranty. 

If any doubt please contact us It might be that pictures do not show all scratches, defects, etc., so if item's visual appearance is very important to you, PLEASE ASK FOR MORE PICTURES BEFORE PURCHASING.

Please make payment within 2 days of purchase.

Shipping

I will only send to a UK Mainland address.

All items sent will be securely packaged prior to dispatch.

All items must be checked before signing ? a signature indicates you have received the packaged item in good condition and so cannot later make a claim against the courier or myself.

Returns

Parts will only be refunded if proven to be faulty or damaged in transport before you sign.

We cannot send replacements or give refunds until the original item has been returned to us and been inspected.

We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage during the return delivery. If parcel gets lost in post and the buyer will not provide a tracking number, we will not be able to make a refund. All ITEMS ARE SECURITY MARKED please do not remove these markings. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from receipt of item and items returned will incur a 20% restocking fee unless faulty. No Postage will be refunded

Security Marks

Products returned without security markings will void any refund claim. All items are marked for security; please do not remove these markings as any item returned without these will NOT be refundable, these markings include and are not limited by way of Permanent Marker and infra-red marking. If none of these markings or others are not visible on return, no refund can be give ? THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS RULE.
