Some items we do not accept refunds for due to their nature. We will clearly state this in the description.
We receive an email of your intentions within 14 days of your receipt of the item (It is deemed normal postage delivery times have taken place). DO NOT RETURN UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO. Tracking numbers must be obtained and supplied in all cases. If the item differs greatly from the written description and photos shown on the listing at the time of delivery. The Item is to be returned in the original packaging or similar. A refund will be given on receipt of the item in original condition or as described in original communication. This will be checked with the photographs we hold of which only a few are used on the listing and any other identification marks we hold (if the item differs from these a refund will not be issued). Return postage will be refunded up to a maximum of original postage charged.
Return postage will not be refunded for any items sold with free postage included on the listing. If you have changed your mind, or the item does not meet your requirements, or you just wish to return it, the Item is to be returned in the original packaging. A refund of the sale price will be given on receipt of the item in original condition excluding the cost of original postage to you free postage will be charged at cost as stated on your receipt
We are unable to process any refunds until the item / items have been received. We do not accept responsibility any loss or damage during the return process.
