Lighter Repair Kit.

This kit contains a zorro lighter toolkit that is compatible with Zippo. The mini bench holds the lighter insert correctky to be able to replace the flint wheel rivet with ease. Contains punch, die and two wheel and rivet sets. In the image yiu can see my zippo F 06 pattern inner in the holder ready for work. The Zippo inner is not inclided

Also included is a compatible wadding insert pack uo renew the fuel reservoir, a new high quality copper reinforced cotton wick and a new felt base.

A new correctly sized flint spring.

A new hinge pin - please let me know the age of your lighter as two different sizes have been used. If you dont know the age send me the code from the base of the case and i'll work it out for you.

A new style flint striking wheel with nut and bolt instead of riveted fixing for easier replacement.

A new rubber fuel loss reduction gasket.
