Pretty sure these Ocean Pacific Wraparound sunglasses are from the 90's....but no way to really know.  The wraparound keeps the wind out of contact wearer's eyes!  There are no revealing model numbers on them.  They are plastic and lightweight, but truly VERY comfortable. They are CE China - if you look up CE, it is the "European  Conformity" for lenses from what I can find. If you are a person who buys sunglasses knowing you will lose them or break them, these are a great buy because they look so good and are not expensive here!
