·       ALL USPS PRIORITY AND FEDEX STANDARD SERVICES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. PLEASE REQUEST FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING IF NEEDED. PLEASE NOTE: SOME SHIPMENTS MAY DELAY DUE TO HOLIDAYS AND WEATHER CONDITIONS OF CERTAIN LOCATIONS.

- ITEMS NO LONGER NEEDED/CANCELLED -

·       ALL returns should be reported in informed within 30 days of the purchased date. 

·       All returns that are cancelled by the buyers due to change in mind requires a restocking fee of 20%and return label will also be at the expense of the buyer. 

- ITEMS NOT AS DESCRIBED OR DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL - 

·       ALL returns should be reported in informed within 30 days of the received date.

·       If an item arrived not as described or damaged upon arrival, please message us with the details of the condition.

·       If the item arrived damaged upon arrival or detail of the item sent does not match with the order,

·       we can issue a prepaid return label to you for return, or otherwise will refund the return shipping charge. No charges will be applied to the customer in this case.

- ITEMS AFTER 30 DAYS DEADLINE-

·       Will not be accepted for any returns, exchanges or refunds. 

- USED ITEMS RETURN ?

·       ALL used items are eligible for return as long as the item are not taken out of the packaged and used. 

·       Any packages that are opened and used (New or Used items) will not be accepted for return/exchanges/refunds.
