Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it one or two days after dispatch. All orders are sent via APC.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during the shipping process, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement. However, if you request your item to be left, unsigned for, at your chosen address/location and the item gets lost or damaged during the shipping process then both DMG and APC will not be responsible for this.

Please note - if you chose a Collect+ location for your delivery, both DMG and APC will not be responsible if your item gets refused by the shop itself. Please check that your chosen location will accept all sizes of parcels. Further delivery charges may apply for re-attempting delivery to a different address.
