This is a classic example of the Vintage 1985 Circus World Museum "Neat" Series of Flambro Clown Figurines. This one is in great vintage condition. Small Chip on finger holding Ball. Hard to see, I only noticed it when I ran my fingers over it and felt the rough spot. There is very light wear with a little paint that may have come off but barely noticeable.
