Items will only be shipped to eBay confirmed address. We will not accept any shipping address changes once order has been placed.
All items are in stock and are dispatched to you within 24 hours (1 working day) of your payment being received and cleared. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.
*We cannot be held responsible for the delays that may be caused by the shipping companies in the deliveries.
*We guarantee that your products will be delivered to the transport within 1 business day from the date you ordered. And we only take responsibility for this matter.
*We ask for your understanding and patience for delays that may arise from shipping companies.
*Delivery will be made on the first working day for your purchases made on public holidays, weekends and Friday afternoon.
*For special days or for orders that you want to receive on a certain date, we kindly ask you to choose the FAST DELIVERY option.
eBay estimated delivery date is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Royal Mail 48 normally will arrive within 2 - 3 working days, but not guaranteed.

PLEASE NOTE: Delivery times may take longer depending on the area and other unforeseen factors.
We will only refund or send replacement items once shipping company confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date of dispatch.
Christmas and New Year Period
Please allow additional delivery time for any orders placed from 1st – 31st December.
To avoid disappointment, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for any orders placed from 12th – 23rd December.

If you have not received your items you must let us know within 7 days from the estimated delivery date. Once we know you have not received your item we will investigate the matter fully both internally and with our carriers. Unfortunately we cannot investigate non receipt deliveries after this time has elapsed. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 14 days. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is complete.
