If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund
(minus any initial postage costs) to your original payment method.
Products must be in new, un-used condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included. Once your return
is received and inspected by us (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will
be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take
an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
Items should not be shipped back to the manufacturer;
but will need to be returned direct to us at business address supplied to Ebay
If you would like to exchange any merchandise for a different size/product this can be done has soon has we have received the
original item/items back at our retail site, it can then be processed and completed on your behalf.
Once we have checked and processed the item/items you are returning, a refund can be issued back to your credit card or
original method of payment.
Any merchandise which shows signs of use, or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.
Please make sure all original packaging, tags, etc., are included and intact. If you are missing items or tags, please contact us prior
to returning the item.
Apparel items must be packed in their original garment bag (or equivalent plastic bag protection).
Items that are returned with missing or damaged packaging, tags, components, or hangers may be returned to the customer.
Any part which has been installed or shows signs of attempting to be installed on a vehicle is non-returnable. Tools which have
been removed from their packaging are non-returnable.
Face shields which show signs of installation. Open box or installed electrical items. Fibreglass parts, including bodywork, under
tails, and huggers. Used merchandise.

Customer is responsible for shipping items back to us with the method/carrier of their choice. All shipments must be paid for.

Please let us know ASAP if any goods arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible.
Damaged goods claims are handled through the shipping carrier. We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that
customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!
