American made set, circa 1980's.  Offered by the Mac Tools Sales Truck as a Muffler Shop tool set.  The Rodac is a short barrel, speed chisel for fast removal of exhaust, shocks, front end parts.  Florida pneumatic "Whizzer" is the original plastic hand guard protected, cut-off tool for fine cuts on exhaust pipe, shocks, bolts, etc.  Sold as a set, both tools combined with bits, and blades, as shown in pictures, for one price.
